Supervise TY&E employees and plan daily train and switching operations consistent with safety and efficiency. Conduct operations tests and safety meetings. Monitor and control costs to meet goals. Investigation of accidents and injuries. Insure compliance with BNSF's equal employment policies, safety and operating rules, schedule agreements, and Government regulations.
